Noor-Al-Quran -نور القرآن powered by Logic Pulse Limited provides easy access to the Holy Quran — reading, translations, audio recitations, Qibla direction, and prayer time reminders. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information the App uses to deliver its features.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to be privacy-friendly. You are not required to create an account. We do not collect personally identifiable information like name or email unless you contact us directly. Some features use device permissions or third-party services described below.

2. Permissions Used & Purpose

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Purpose: To determine your approximate location for Qibla direction and to calculate accurate prayer times for your area. Location is processed on-device only and is not stored or shared.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM

Purpose: To schedule precise prayer time alarms and Azan reminders so alerts occur at the correct times. Alarms run locally on your device and do not require personal data transfer.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Purpose: To deliver local notifications for prayer reminders, daily verses, and Azan alerts. Users can manage or disable notifications in device settings.

INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Purpose: To stream or download recitations, translations, and update content. Network state is checked to improve UX when offline. No personal data is transmitted through these permissions by default.

VIBRATE

Purpose: To provide subtle vibration feedback for alarms and notifications. This is device-only and does not involve data collection.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use services such as Google Firebase for anonymous analytics and Google AdMob for ads. These services collect non-personal usage information to help us improve the App. Please refer to their privacy documentation for details.

5. Religious Content Disclaimer

The Quranic text and recitations provided in this App are ssourced from authentic references. Translations and audio are for educational and devotional use. Any unintentional errors in text, translation, or recitation are regretted. For a deeper understanding, consult a qualified scholar.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or trade personal information. Location data used for Qibla/prayer calculations remains on your device unless you explicitly share it. We take reasonable measures to protect any data processed by the App.

8. User Controls

You can control features at any time: disable notifications or alarms from device settings, or turn off location access

Note: Doing so may limit Qibla and prayer time accuracy.
